1.  Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments.

The contract made by you on-line with us incorporates these terms, which shall prevail over any and all terms, proposed by you. You shall not be able to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms. Please print these online terms & conditions and retain a copy for your records. Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however some prices/details contained on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors, as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.

We will not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements or information supplied by You.

2. Links to other websites

Any links to other websites which are placed on this website are intended for your convenience. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Global Pro-Tech Ltd cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

4. Cookies

5. Refunds
You may return any products you have purchased within 7 [seven] days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us by email within those 7 [seven] days. In case of returning goods, please kindly contact our customer service first. We are not accepting any returns without any information. Refund will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users.

While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in the condition that they were delivered ( not used ). You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the goods to us. This cost is entirely your responsibility and we will not refund or credit any carriage charges you incur as a result of your cancellation of your order. Upon receipt of the goods, and subject to them being in satisfactory and resalable condition, you will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 [thirty] days A 10 % restocking fee will be applied on all refunds - No Exceptions.

6. Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty for all our products. In case of returning goods, please kindly contact our customer service via e-mail  customer_service@mp3mp4players.co.uk and provide us with as much detail of the problem as you can . We provide warranty service in Shenzhen, China. We will arrange to repair or replace the defective item free of charge or, at our discretion, refund the price you paid for the product. Should a product no longer be available it will be replaced with a product that closely matches it.

We are not accepting any returns without any information. Shipping charges are not refundable. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users.

We will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods over and above the value of those goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

8. Computers

We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We will not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

9. Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch all orders  within 1-3 bussines days from the date of Your payment. We offer free world wide shipping. 

All orders will be shipped from our dispatch storehouse located in Shenzhen, China.

All orders over 100 GBP ( approx 155 usd ) will be shipped via DHL free of charge, with estimated delivery time 3-6 bussiness days. 

All other orders will be shipped via HongKong Air Mail Recorded or China Air Mail Recorded. Shipping time vary from 5 to 20 bussines days. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility , if occur.

10 Right for orders cancelation

We, at our discretion, and at any time during the ordering process, reserve the right to refuse to accept any order placed via our website where we deem there to be the possibility of fraudulent or criminal action; and in such instances you will be informed via electronic mail or telephone using the contact details you registered and confirmed at the time of placing your order. By registering your personal details with us and or placing an order via our website this does not impart or constitute a legally binding contract between you and us. Refusal may occur, and is not limited to, where the product is unavailable or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We also reserve the right to suspend, refuse or block access to our secure processing area for all future orders you may attempt to make. Notwithstanding this, we also reserve the right to delete, remove or destroy any details you have given to us in the course of registration or placing an order with us. In all circumstances, we will not be held liable for any financial or consequential loss arising from our refusal to accept your order.

11 Applicable Law: We control and operate the web site from our business premises within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our web site from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Global Pro-Tech Ltd and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
